This is a call for you...
You are grateful, you are wise, you are kind, you are humble... and all of this amazing energy wants to find you - to heal you... once again.
Wellness can be daunting for some, and yet not a second thought for others. It is, of course, abstract. We are abstract. Still, I have learned that we can and do seek this for ourselves.
So ask yourself - what does this moment bring for you, what does the stillness speak?
Experience tells me that when I ground myself in the moment, I am more aware of what I actually desire. How does energy serve me if I don't know what i desire?
We want to lose weight. We want more energy and less pain. We want to eat right and exercise more. We want to be loving, kind and generous. We want to create beautiful things and express gratitude. We want to relieve our stress and calm our tensions. We want to be excited and carefree. We want to be fierce and strong. We want to be gentle and spiritual. We want to be present and delighted while interesting and clever. And of all the things we want to be...
Where are you in this moment?
This may sound esoteric only it is not.
- Do you feel the need to move - take a walk.
- Feeling stiff and sore - stretching may help you out
- Needing a spiritual connection - try prayer
- Wanting to smile - you probably just did
What if we started a mindfulness tribe right here and now... I am not sure what it means only that I am engaging in something larger than myself and connecting to something I can only feel.
